Larry K. Oltmanns
Larry Oltmanns has led the design of 20 completed mixed-use developments of £200 million or more and is interested in the intersection between architecture, strategy, and urban design.
Mr. Oltmanns led the design team working with British Land who won the right to partner with Network Rail on the redevelopment of Euston Station.
Previously a design partner with SOM and head of SOM’s London office, his extensive portfolio includes such landmarks as the NATO headquarters in Brussels and the Hong Kong Convention Centre in Victoria Harbour.
Since founding his London-based design studio in April 2007, Larry Oltmanns has been responsible for planning 12 mixed-use developments throughout Europe and Asia, including most recently the master plan for the 18-acre site at Nine Elms that will include the new home of the US Embassy.
